You need

AccountWhyFree or paidPlan
HYROSPaid attribution for a client running ads; the Channel Attribution tab proxies the HYROS API. Timo built a first-party clone so new clients can skip it.PaidPaid only, priced on ad spend (hundreds of dollars a month). Only needed if the client already runs it; otherwise use the first-party attribution system.
ActiveCampaignEmail list, broadcasts, automations and tags. The email engine drafts into a dashboard queue and sends through the AC API; funnels subscribe leads via the API; replies come back through an AC webhook.PaidMarketing Lite or Plus (from about 15 USD to 49 USD/mo at 1,000 contacts). API access is on every plan. Webhooks (for reply tracking) need automations, which Lite has.
Google Cloud service account (Sheets API)Server-side writes to a Google Sheet from Vercel functions (funnel signup backup, quiz results, booking sheet).FreeFree.
CalendlyBooking page for discovery chats. The funnel embeds it, the booking-alert system polls it, the calls page reads upcoming events.Free tier availableFree plan is enough for one event type and the API (Personal Access Tokens work on free). Standard (10 USD/mo) adds webhooks and reminders; the systems here poll instead, so free works.
YouTube Data API v3 (Google Cloud)Exact per-video view counts for the $ per view tab, channel stats, and (with OAuth) uploads. Public metadata, captions and comments come through yt-dlp without a key.FreeFree; 10,000 quota units per day is plenty for daily syncs.
SupabasePostgres database, auth (dashboard logins), row level security, Realtime pulse, Edge Functions and pg_cron for every dashboard, the attribution tables, booking alerts and the Brain state.Free tier availablePro (25 USD/mo) for anything a client logs into. The free tier pauses a project after 7 days without traffic and caps an org at 2 active projects; a paused free project took three client dashboards offline at once (a project log).
VercelHosts every site, funnel, dashboard and serverless API (subscribe, book, attribution, AC proxy). Runs the cron jobs declared in vercel.json.Free tier availablePro (20 USD/mo per seat). The Hobby plan forbids commercial use, so any client site or paid product must be on Pro. Hobby is fine for a personal portfolio.

What you bring

  • Your paid attribution key, only if you already run that tool
  • Your tracking convention: the ad URL parameter on every ad, and the tag on every email link
  • Your booking sheet columns
  • Your YouTube channel, by handle, plus your comments

The steps

  1. Collect the keys and write down the client's naming convention
  2. Build the server-side proxy with a three-tier cache and a daily warmer
  3. Write the classifier from the signals, decisive ones first
  4. Verify the classifier against ground truth with the client (never skip)
  5. Join the booking sheet and the email platform history
  6. Build the lead journey endpoint
  7. Sync view counts and Calendly history for the extra tabs
  8. Render the tabs and grade the calls
  9. Resolve sourceless sales and write the answer back
