Meet Tim
I'm Tim Maines. You probably know me as Trombone Timo, the trombonist with over a billion views and more than a million followers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. That channel is the proof. Every system I sell, I built on my own content first.
I'm not a marketing agency. I'm a musician with degrees from Yale, Northwestern, and UT Austin. I performed with The Temptations, The O'Jays, the Richmond Symphony, and the Chicago Symphony. I left the orchestral track because performance anxiety was going to eat me alive, and I went all-in on building a career online instead.
Since then, I've run the same production and attribution stack for trumpet coaches, orchestra musicians, brass bands, chamber music festivals, sound sculptors, and a music-adjacent consumer brand. What works for my own channel is what I install for clients: scripts that match the algorithm, videos cut for every platform, organic clips turned into paid ads, and an attribution layer so you can see which piece of content actually made the sale. No guesswork. Just the number at the end of the month.
If you're a serious music creator and you're tired of making content that doesn't translate into students, that's the gap I close.
